Email, Calendar, Contacts, Files, Reminders in One App.

Keep your email, calendar, contacts, and files together in one app. Zoho Mail makes it easy to stay organized, manage messages with a quick swipe, and keep up with your day from your phone or tablet. Everything is in one place, so you can spend less time switching between apps and more time getting things done.

Zoho Mail on mobile

Get the app for your device.

Install Zoho Mail and sign in to your Zoho account. The Zoho Mail app does not need the manual IMAP settings below.

01 / Prepare Zoho

Enable access before connecting your email app.

Enable IMAP

In Zoho Mail, open Settings → Mail Accounts, select your primary address, enable IMAP Access, and save. New free accounts do not include IMAP; organization policies may also restrict access.

Check your password

If two-factor authentication is enabled, use a Zoho application-specific password in your email app. Keep it available for both incoming and outgoing mail.

Confirm your servers

Use the Server Configuration Details shown in your Zoho account. The examples below use the US data center; your region or account type may require different hostnames.

02 / Settings reference

Enter these details in your email app.

Your account’s server configuration takes priority over these examples.

03 / Confirm it works

Send, receive, and check your folders.

Send a message to another address, reply to it, and confirm the reply arrives in your email app and Zoho webmail. Allow time for the first sync.

Password rejected?

Recheck the full email address and app password. Confirm IMAP is enabled and your administrator allows it.

Receives but won’t send?

Recheck SMTP authentication and the outgoing server. Pair 465 with SSL/TLS or 587 with STARTTLS.

Duplicate sent messages?

Zoho and your email app may each save a sent copy. Review Zoho’s SMTP sent-copy setting so one copy is saved.
